BondLogoNewThe June edition of OnRec magazine, the industry publication for recruitment and Human Resources professionals working in the Internet recruitment sector, carried a feature on how to design a corporate website from a recruitment perspective, including some quotes and comments from our very own Daniel Richardson, CTO.

His view was that intuitive use, easy navigation and overall usability are essential from the recruiter and candidate point of view alike, but more importantly, the capture of data empowers the site owner to send personalised and contextual messages to candidates to improve engagement. Also, a strong integration with an ATS is particularly powerful due to the improved functionality provided and the better candidate service and experience.
