At Bond, we love working with our partners. We provide key integrations with 3rd party vendors to improve recruitment business workflows and increase productivity and profitability. In 2016 we worked with a different partner each month, providing blogs, information and a webinar to highlight their service offerings and help solve real business problems that impact recruiters daily. In case you missed any, here is a quick look back at the past 12 months (we took a break during summer to enjoy the sunshine!).
We kicked the year off in January with predictive analytics, learning how you can improve your data quality and increase your employee’s usage of Bond Adapt, using cube19. What does the road to data-driven decision making look like? February brought you Icetrak and how to use it for business-critical messaging. The webinar was designed specifically to provide insight into how, in the recruitment sector, Icetrak’s text messaging might improve some of the ways you communicate with your candidates and workers. In April, we worked with CloudCall who help drive business performance with the ability to ‘click to call’; making calls directly from AdaptUX. This automatically saves time and money, but more importantly increases call volumes, directly improving conversion rates. Our joint webinar showed recruiters how to make calls directly from AdaptUX, record and store calls, use call recordings for training purposes and improve consultant induction. HIRABL gives you insight to identify potential backdoor hires and grow sales revenue. Don’t know what backdoor hires are? June was our last webinar before the summer holidays and we got to work with Text Marketer. They provided us with their top texting tips and how to avoid SMS howlers. Text Marketer are one of the UK’s first business SMS companies and have been living, eating and breathing SMS since 1999. If you want to know how to send messages in an engaging way, increasing your response rate, this webinar is one to watch:
In September, we took on the world with FireText! Their SMS vs The World webinar showed recruiters where to add text messages to their communication toolkit. Their tips provided ways to save time, fill vacancies super-fast and boost communication with candidates. October gave us the chance to work with Oak Innovation on People, Process and Technology. Their integration with AdaptUX links to your existing telephone system to offer a range of benefits that makes you more efficient and productive, ultimately generating more income. Our webinar with Oak Innovation showed how to maximise productivity from the two pieces of technology you use most each day, your recruitment software and telephone handset.
Our last partner webinar of the year was in November with Clockwork. They explored the importance of communicating with your clients and candidates via SMS pre and post interview. They provided some great tips to ensure you find the right candidates and filled more positions successfully using SMS. Their platform is an easy text message API which integrates with AdaptUX.
