Jonathan Lee Recruitment, a leading recruitment consultancy, has selected the Adapt Recruitment System from Bond International. The system, based on the latest SQL database technology, will help to further improve the provision of permanent and contract employees throughout the organisations 5 UK branches in Leeds, Stourbridge, Leicester, St Albans and Basildon.

Established in 1978, Jonathan Lee Recruitment specialises in the engineering and manufacturing sector and is an important business partner to many UK and European companies. The company recruits a wide range of professionals from Support Personnel to Senior Managers in both Contract and Permanent positions and achieved an annual turnover of over £30 million in 2006.

Over the coming months, Bond will implement the Adapt software system to 120 users, whilst providing a range of related services including training, data transfer, configuration and consultancy. The technology is also set to enhance Jonathan Lee’s position as a provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing, with the inclusion of a web portal for clients, 3rd party providers and prospective applicants to view and submit information directly to the organisation.
