SGS Technical Staffing Services, a Bond customer for over a decade, recently decided to upgrade to the latest version of Bond Adapt to further its global stronghold on the recruitment market.
Bond Adapt offers extensive multi-lingual capabilities and website integration interface in its latest version of the recruitment software to create a single, centralised database to be accessed and used by recruitment consultants, clients and candidates on a global basis.
This SGS business division was established over 30 years ago to service the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Construction, and Energy markets. Today, it has dedicated offices in 18 countries providing recruitment and payrolling services globally throughout the SGS office network in over 140 countries.
During 2010 SGS Technical Staffing Services identified the need for a centralised, web-accessible, multi-lingual recruitment solution to provide enhanced visibility of global operations, opportunities and activities across its business lines.
Following a comprehensive review of leading recruitment software solutions SGS selected Bond Adapt V11 due to its inherent scalability, flexibility, multi-lingual capability and integration options with third party applications such as Daxtra Search Station.
A spokesperson for SGS Technical Staffing Services, comments, “Upgrading to Adapt V11 keeps SGS at the forefront of technology and enhances the SGS position as a recognised market leader within the global recruitment marketplace. Our aim is to streamline procedures and shortening the recruitment lifecycle to bring long term benefits to clients and candidates while implementing lean processes.”
